Ingredients:
- Lamb
- Cumin
- Garlic Powder
- Vegetable Powder
- Curry Powder
Procedure:
- Prepare one piece of lamb’s leg, season it with cumin, garlic. powder, vegetable powder or bouillon and curry powder.
- Prepar a pan, pre-heat for 230 degrees in 5 minutes. Once it’s
pre-heated, roast the lamb for 1 hour, 30 minutes on each side.
