Ingredients:
- Salted Egg Yolks
- 1 Can Coconut Milk
- Pesto Paste
- Cherry Tomato
- Black Pepper
- Garlic
- Shrimp
- Green Shell or Mussels
- Spring Onion
- Salt or Vegetable Bouillon
- 1 tsp. Sugar
Procedure:
- Sauté the garlic, add the coconut milk, salted egg yolks, black pepper, sugar and salt. Mix it well then add the shrimp and mussels then cover.
- Set the temperature in medium for about 20 minutes.
- For the remaining 3 minutes, add the spring onion on top to garnish.
