Seafood Chowder

Oxtail Kare-Kare is a traditional Filipino stew made with tender oxtail, vegetables, and a rich peanut-based sauce, served with bagoong (shrimp paste).

Procedure:

  1. In a cookware, add water, dissolved flour, stir and add the evaporated milk, bring to boil.
  2. Add all the seafood, vegetables, stir and add the balck pepper.
  3. Wait for it to boil and cook in medium heat for 20 minutes.
