Ingredients:
- 500 g Al Dente Pasta (No.5)
- 3 Slices of Bacon Strips
- 8-10 Button Mushrooms
- 1 Bottle of Pesto (Basil)
- 1/2 kg. of Fresh Shrimps
- 1 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
- 1L of Water
- 1 tbsp. Garlic
- 1/2 tsp. of Black Pepper Powder
Procedure:
- Put 1 litter of water in a pan. Cut into halves the 500 grams of al dente pasta.
- Boil in 8-10 mins in medium high until it is cooked
- While waiting for the pasta, fry the bacon strips.
- Pre-heat the 11″ griddle pan, then put the bacon strips, fry for 1 min. and another 1 min. on the other side. Set aside then cut into small square pieces the bacon strips.
- Drain the pasta.
- Sauté the minced garlic, sliced mushrooms, shrimps, sliced bacon strips, black pepper powder, cover and simmer in 2
mins. - Add the ready basil pesto paste.
- Put 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese.
- Mix the cooked pasta in the sauce. Mix until the pesto thoroughly coats it.
- Serve it hot!
