Chicken Pasta Alfredo is a creamy, indulgent dish featuring tender chicken, pasta, and a rich Alfredo sauce made with butter, cream, and cheese.

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Put 1 litter of water in a pan. Cut into halves the 500 grams of al dente pasta.
  2. Boil in 8-10 mins in medium high until it is cooked
  3. While waiting for the pasta, fry the bacon strips.
  4. Pre-heat the 11″ griddle pan, then put the bacon strips, fry for 1 min. and another 1 min. on the other side. Set aside then cut into small square pieces the bacon strips.
  5. Drain the pasta.
  6. Sauté the minced garlic, sliced mushrooms, shrimps, sliced bacon strips, black pepper powder, cover and simmer in 2
    mins.
  7. Add the ready basil pesto paste.
  8. Put 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese.
  9. Mix the cooked pasta in the sauce. Mix until the pesto thoroughly coats it.
  10. Serve it hot!
