Ingredients:
- Potatoes Carrots Garlic
- Chicken bouillon.
- Parsley (dried is fine)
- Flour Pepper Whole milk
Procedure:
- De-starch the potato.
- In a separate cookware, put all the ingredients, except to the flour.
- Stir and cover, then bring it to boil.
- Set the temperature in medium heat for about 15mins.
- For the remaining 2 minutes, open lid then add the flour, stir and mash.
6. Best served with garlic bread on the side.
