Ingredients:
- Squash (Kalabasa)
- Smoked Fish (Boneless)
- Cooking cream
- Vegetable Boulion
- Himalayan Salt
- Oyster Sauce
Procedure:
- Shred Squash using saladmaster (Cone #1)
- Steam in Mp5 rice cooker until soft,add 1 glass of water only in medium temperature
- Blender the squash along with the smoked fish
- Put the blended Squash and smoked fish in the mp5 add the ingredients left
- Add cooking cream,vegetable boulion,Himalayan salt and oyster sauce to taste
- Cook until soup is thick in medium temperature for 10-15 minutes
- Sprinkle a little bit of sugar on top and sprinkle the sesame seeds for garnishing.
