Pumkin Soup With Gar Bread

Pumpkin Soup with Garlic Bread is a creamy, spiced soup made from blended pumpkin, served with warm, crispy garlic bread for dipping.

Procedure:

  1. Shred Squash using saladmaster (Cone #1)
  2. Steam in Mp5 rice cooker until soft,add 1 glass of water only in medium temperature
  3. Blender the squash along with the smoked fish
  4. Put the blended Squash and smoked fish in the mp5 add the ingredients left
  5. Add cooking cream,vegetable boulion,Himalayan salt and oyster sauce to taste
  6. Cook until soup is thick in medium temperature for 10-15 minutes
  7. Sprinkle a little bit of sugar on top and sprinkle the sesame seeds for garnishing.
