Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Glutinous Rice Flour
- Water
- Ube Food Coloring
- Cheese
- Condensed Milk
- Shredded Coconut
- Banana Leaves
Procedure:
- In a bowl, mix the water, glutinous rice flour and ube food coloring. Mix until it forms
a dough. - Form into a ball and shred using food processor cone nO. 1.
- Put the shredded dough on the banana leaves, then roll.
- Put water in the turkey roaster and add the rack, then put the puto bumbong.
- Set the temperature in medium heat for 25 minutes.
- After 25 mins.,put the puto bumbong on the plate, add shredded coconut, cheese and condensed milk on top, then serve.
