Ingredients:
For Asado Filling:
- 500 grams Ground Chicken
- 5 Cloves Garlic (minced)..
- 1 Onion (minced)
- 2 tbsp. Soysauce
- 2 tbsp. Oystersauce.
- 1 tbsp. Cornstach
- 2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 2 tbsp. Water (for slurry)
Ingredients:
For Puto Recipe:
- 2 Cups Cake Flour or All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp. Baking Powder
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 tbsp. Milk Powder
- 1 Cup Water
- 3 Egg Whites
- 1 tbsp. Melted Butter
Procedure:
- For asado filling sauté onion and garlic.
- Add ground chicken, soysauce, oyster sauce, and brown sugar. Cook for 10 mins in medium heat 3 mins left add dissolved cornstarch
- For puto mixture, mix cake flour, sugar, baking powder, pinch of salt, milk powder, egg white water and melted butter. Mix for 1 min. and sift.
- Put half puto mixture in every molder. Then put 2 tsp. asado filling and put again puto mixture. Steam for 10 mins. In medium heat.
