Ube Cassava Biko

A sweet and chewy Filipino dessert made with cassava, ube, and coconut milk, topped with a rich coconut glaze.

Procedure:

  1. Put the coconut cream in A cookware then add the ube condensed milk, then bring to boil.
  2. When the vapo valve clicks, lower the temperature then add the grated cassava. Stir continuosly until the mixture thickens. Then add the butter.
  3. When you reached the right texture of the cassava biko, just transfer to the banana leaves and flatten. Put cheese and let it cool.
  4. Then it’s ready to serve
