Ingredients:
- 2 Cups Coconut Cream
- 1 Cup Ube
- Condensed Milk
- 3 Cups Grated Cassava
- Cheese
- Banana Leaves
- 1 tbsp. Butter
Procedure:
- Put the coconut cream in A cookware then add the ube condensed milk, then bring to boil.
- When the vapo valve clicks, lower the temperature then add the grated cassava. Stir continuosly until the mixture thickens. Then add the butter.
- When you reached the right texture of the cassava biko, just transfer to the banana leaves and flatten. Put cheese and let it cool.
- Then it’s ready to serve
