Ingredients:
- 1⁄2 head red cabbage, use Cone #5
- 1⁄2 head green cabbage, use Cone #4
- 1 large zucchini, use Cone #2
- 1 medium squash, use Cone #2
- 1 apple, use cone #2
- 3 radishes, use Cone #2
- 1 celery stalk, use Cone #2
- 1 large carrot, use Cone #1
- 1 lemon, use Cone #1 to zest and juice
Instructions:
- Use Cone #5 to process the red cabbage.
- Use Cone #4 to process the green cabbage.
- Use Cone #2 to process the zucchini, squash, apple, and celery.
Place radishes in the hopper and process. - Use Cone #1 to process the carrot, zest the lemon and juice the lemon.
- Toss all ingredients together and serve. Enjoy!
