Ingredients:
Dough:
- 4 Cups Flour
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 3 tbsp. Butter
- 2 to 3 Eggs
- 11/2 Fresh Milk
- 2 1/2 Yeast
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 of 1/4 Evaporated Milk
Filling:
- 3/4 Bread Crumbs
- 1/4 Cup Flour
- 1/3 All Purpose Cream
- 1/3 Cup Condensed Milk
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- /2 Cup Brown Sugar
- Margarine(optional)
Procedure:
- Put all the dry ingredients and mix. Then add the wet ingredients and mix it again.
- When you reach the right consistency start kneading. Knead for 5 mins or until the dough becomes elastic,
- Transfer in a clean bowl, put, cover, rest for about 30 minutes to 1 hour until double in size.
- After 1 hour, knead the dough to remove the gas.
- Cut into pieces, flatten every pieces of the dough and add the filling. After putting the filling, roll the dough, then roll on the bread crumbs.
- Put the bread in the preheated skillet, and set the temperature in 180 for 20mins.
