Special Bibingka

Special Bibingka is a traditional Filipino rice cake made from rice flour, coconut milk, and sugar, topped with salted egg, cheese, and grated coconut, then baked to a soft, fluffy texture.

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, put butter and beat until it has a creamy consistency. Then add the sugar and beat until
    it is light and fluffy. Add the eggs and put all the dry ingredients. Continue mixing until completely combined.
  2. Add the water and coconut milk, beat until it smooths. Add cheese and stir.
  3. Put banana leaves in electric skillet and pour the bibingka mixture.
  4. Set the temperature in 150 degrees in 50 mins After 45mins add the cheese and the salted egg and cooked for the remaining 5 mins.
