Ingredients:
Dough:
- Eggplant
- Olive Oil
- Fish Sauce
- Chili Flakes
- Sesam Oil
- Spring Onion
Topping:
- Cheese
- Salted Egg
Procedure:
- Pre-heat a pan in medium heat for 5 minutes. Grill the eggplant for 5 minutes on both sides. Then set aside.
- Prepare the sauce in a bowl, just mix all the remaining
ingredients. Then pour the sauce on the egg paint then it’s done!
