Ingredients:
- Shrimp (Fresh or Frozen)
- Bell Pepper (Yellow & Red)
- Shiitake Mushroom
- Carrots
- Broccoli
- Green Spring Onions
- Garlic (Minced) Onion
- Oyster Sauce
- Garlic Powder
- Pepper
- Sugar
- Sesame Seeds
Procedure:
- Pre-heat the pan. Water test, and when the pan is ready you can now start sautéing the garlic onions. Add the shrimp, then let it simmer for about 5 minutes or wait for the shrimp to cook.
- Once the shrimp is cooked, add all the vegetables, then put all the seasonings. Cover and let it simmer for about 7-10 minutes. Garnish it spring onion and sesame seeds on
top.
