Ingredients:
- Bell pepper Ginger
- Tomato
- Onion
- Garlic
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 cup Tomato
- sauce
- Black pepper
- 11/2 tbsp Sugar
- Fish
- Seabream
Procedure:
- Preheat the griddle pan
- fry the fish in the griddle pan in 20mins

- Sauté the onion, garlic, ginger & tomato
- Add 1/2 cup of water then add the tomato sauce, black pepper, vinegar and
- Add the carrots and bell pepper
- Simmer the vegetables until its tender
- Cooked in medium heat for about 15mins
