  1. Combine all the ingredients and rub over the Pat- dried
    whole chicken
  2. Stuff the lemon grass and sliced lemon grass
  3. Preheat the MP5, dump the chicken and set at 230 degrees Celsius for 30 mins
  4. Flip the chicken on the other side and roast for 230 degrees in 20 mins
  5. Slice Potato, and Broccoli put on side
