A rich and creamy Filipino dish made with taro leaves simmered in coconut milk and spices, bursting with flavor.

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Saute onion and garlic.
  2. Put chicken, lemon grass, ginger, dried taro leaves, black pepper, green chilli, red chilli, and salted shrimp paste.
  3. Add 2 cans of coconut milk.
  4. Cook in medium heat in 30 mins.
  5. 15 mins left add 1 can of coconut milk.
