Ingredients:
- Dried taro leaves or fresh taro leaves
- 500 grams chicken
- 3 can coconut milk
- 3 red chilli
- 2 green chilli
- 2 tbsp salted shrimp paste
- Lemon grass
- Ginger
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 onion
- 5 cloves garlic
Procedure:
- Saute onion and garlic.
- Put chicken, lemon grass, ginger, dried taro leaves, black pepper, green chilli, red chilli, and salted shrimp paste.
- Add 2 cans of coconut milk.
- Cook in medium heat in 30 mins.
- 15 mins left add 1 can of coconut milk.
