Ingredients:
- Beef
- Butternut squash
- Red bell pepper
- Zucchini
- Carrots
- White onion
- Mushroom
- Spinach
- Cheddar cheese
- Lasagna sheet
- Pepper
- 2 bottles Tomato lasagna sauce
- 1 Creamy white lasagna sauce
Procedure:
- Defat the Beef
- Shred the vegetables using Saladmaster machine cone no.2
- After shredding, mix the beef, vegetables and tomato lasagna
sauce in the separate bowl - Put the lasagna mixture in the skillet,(for the base)
- Put the lasagna sheet on top of the mixture, then put the second layer of the lasagna mixture.(same procedure to the first layer)
- After the 1st and the second layer, Add the white lasagna sauce on top of the sheet, then put the mushroom ,spinach and cheese.
- Cover and set the temperature in 150degrees in 25mins.
