Ingredients:
- Garlic
- Onion
- Shrimp
- Spinach
- Egg
- Salted Egg
- Chicken Stock
- Black Pepper
- Chicken Bouillon
- Carrots
- 11/2 tbsp. Sugar
- 11/2 tbsp. Sugar 2 tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Cornstarch (dissolved in water)
- 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
Procedure:
- Sauté garlic and onion. Then add the shrimp, chicken stock and other seasonings. Put the cut egg, salted egg, and spinach. Bring to boil.
- Once the vapo valve clicks, lower the temperature and add the beaten egg, stir and cover cook for 1 to 2 mins and it’s ready.
