Ingredients:
- Fish cake
- Rice cake
- Red pepper Paste
- 2 cups Water
- Spring Onion
- 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- Cheddar Cheese
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Sesame Seed
- Boiled egg
- Seasoned Bean Paste
- 2tbsp. Sugar
- White Onion
Procedure:
- Boiled the 2 cups of water,
- In the bowl mix the red pepper paste, seasoned bean paste, soy sauce and sugar.
- While boiling pour the paste mixture to the water and add the onion, rice cake and fish cake. Simmer for about 10mins in 180degs
- After 10 mins., put the spring onion, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese and wait until the cheese melts
- In the clean bowl, serve the yummy Tteok-bokki and put spring onion, boiled egg and sesame seed on top.
