Ingredients:
- 3 cups Flour
- 1 tbsp. Yeast
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 cups Water
- Pinch of Salt
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- Cheddar Cheese
Custard Filling:
- Egg Yolks
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 cup Flour or Cake Flour
- 3/4 cup Fresh Milk
- 1/3 cup Butter
Procedure:
- Put the flour, yeast, sugar, baking powder, pinch of salt in a bowl and mix it. Then add water.
- When you reach the right consistency of the dough , start kneading. Knead the dough until become elastic and set aside. Now, wait for 30 mins. to 1 hr. until double in size. After an hour of waiting, punch the middle of the dough to remove the gas
- Cut the dough into pieces and put the custard filling
- Put the custard buns in the egg cups. Put water in the turkey roaster and cook in medium heat for 20 to 25 mins.
Custard filling:
- 1.Mix the egg yolk and sugar. Wait until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the milk, flour and butter
- Cook in low heat. Continue stirring until become lightly thicken.
