Ingredients:
For Dough:
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 egg
- ¾ Cup Evap Milk
- 2 Tsp. Instant Yeast
- 1/4 Cup White Sugar
For Hawaiian Toppings:
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Cheddar Cheese
- Banana Ketchup or Pizza Sauce
- Ham
- Bacon
- Green bell Pepper
- Pineapple
- Onion
Procedure:
- In mixing bowl put warm milk, egg, sugar and instant yeast mix well. Add all purpose flour and mix.
- Knead for 5 to 10 mins. until the dough become smooth elastic in texture. You may add flour gradually depending on its texture.
- Rest the dough in a bowl and cover in 1 hour until it double in size.
- Once ready, punch air out of the dough. Make a round shape dough and put in the electric skillet.
- Spread pizza sauce in the top of he pizza dough.
- Put pineapple, onion, bell pepper, ham, and bacon,
- Cook in 10 mins in 150 deg.
- Put mozzarella cheese and cheddar cheese. Cook in 5 mins in 150 deg.
