Ingredients:
- 10 Egg yolks
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk
- 1 Can Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Puto recipe:
- 2 Cups Cake Flour or All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp. Baking Powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp. Milk Powder
- 1 Cup water
- 3 Egg White
- 1 tbsp. Melted Butter
Procedure:
For Leche Flan Mixture:
- 1.Mix evaporated milk, condensed milk, egg yolk and vanilla in a bowl. Whisk in and sift.
- Put the flan mixture 1/3 of molder and steam for 5 mins in medium heat.
For Puto Mixture: - Mix cake flour, sugar, baking powder, pinch salt, milk powder, Egg white water and melted butter. Mix and sift.
- Once the steamed flan is done, let it rest for 1 min. Then put the puto mixture. Steam for 8 mins. in medium heat
