Ingredients:
- 2 kg. Beef Shanks
- 1 Big Onion
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 2 Red Tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. Annatto Powder
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Salt and Pepper
- 1 tbsp. Pink Salt
- Tamarind
- Ginger
- 2 Stalks Lemon Grass
- 3 pcs. Long Green Chilli
- Unripe Jackfruit
- 8 cups water
Procedure:
- Defat beef in 30 mins.
- Sauté onion garlic and tomatoes.
- Add the deffatedbeef.
- Put the annatto powder, black pepper, salt, water, green chilli, lemon grass, ginger, tamarind and unripe jack fruit.
- Cook for 20 mins in medium heat.
