Baked Salmon En Croûte is a sophisticated dish where salmon is wrapped in puff pastry, often with a layer of herbs, spinach, or mustard, and baked until golden and flaky.

Procedure:

  1. Combine all dough ingredients a bowl and mix it well.
  2. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Set aside for 10 mins.
  3. Flatten the dough in rectangular shape.
  4. Put garlic and herbs on the salmon.
  5. Put cheese and salmon in the middle of dough and cover. Garnish with egg yolk and sesame seeds
  6. Pre-heat Electric skillet in 180 deg. for 3 mins.
  7. Bake in 160 deg. for 30 mins. 15 mins. On both side.
