Ingredients:
- 500 grams Salmon Fillet
- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup MozarellaCheese
- 1tbsp garlic and herbs
For Dough:
- 2 cups All Purpose Flour
- 1 Egg
- 1tsp. Instant Yeast
- 1tbsp. Sugar
- 1 cup Milk
For Garnish:
- Egg yolk
- Sesame Seeds
Procedure:
- Combine all dough ingredients a bowl and mix it well.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic. Set aside for 10 mins.
- Flatten the dough in rectangular shape.
- Put garlic and herbs on the salmon.
- Put cheese and salmon in the middle of dough and cover. Garnish with egg yolk and sesame seeds
- Pre-heat Electric skillet in 180 deg. for 3 mins.
- Bake in 160 deg. for 30 mins. 15 mins. On both side.
