Ingredients:
- 2 kilos beef heart, beef meat, beef oxtripe, beef intestine
- 2 liters rice water
- 5 cloves Onion
- 1 Garlic
- Spring onion
- Black Pepper
- Ginger
- 4 Bay Leaves
- 1 tsp. Pepper Corn
- 2 tsp Achuetepowder
- 1 tbsp. Saffron Powder
- Fried Garlic
- Lemon
- Red Chilli
- 2 tbsp. Fish Sauce
- 3 tbsp. Dissolved Cornstarch
Procedure:
- Defat beef meat, heart, intestine, ox tripe for 30 min. Then slice into cubes.
- Sauté onion, garlic and ginger. Add defatted beef meat, intestine, heart, and ox tripe.
- Add rice water, black pepper, fish sauce, bay leaves, pepper corn saffron powder, and achuetepowder.
- Cook for 15 mins. 230 deg. Once the vapovalve clicks, change into low heat in 150 deg. After 2 mins left add dissolved cornstarch.
- Garnish with chili, spring onion and fried garlic.. serve hot.
