Ingredients:
- 3 cups Sushi Rice cooked
- 3 tbsp. Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt
For Topping:
- 6 Eggs Scrambled
- 4 Cans Tuna
- 200 grams Crab Stick shredded
- Dried seaweed (sushi wrapper)
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
Procedure:
- Mix cooked sushi rice rice, vinegar, salt, and sugar in elect. Skillet.
- For topping. Mix tuna, shredded crab stick, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Put on the top of sushi rice the scrambled eggs and the tuna, crab stick, and mayonnaise. And garnish with seaweeds and mayonnaise.
- Cook for 20 to 25 mins in 170 deg.
