Ingredients:
- 1 kg Minced Beef
- 5 cloves garlic
- 2 Onions
- 3 Red Chili
- 1/2 cup Soy sauce
- Spring Onion
- 2 Lemon
- 3 Eggs
- Mayonaise
For Topping:
- 6 Eggs Scrambled
- 4 Cans Tuna
- 200 grams Crab Stick shredded
- Dried seaweed (sushi wrapper)
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
Procedure:
- Defat minced beef for 30 mins.
- Sauté onion and garlic.
- Put the defatted minced beef.
- Add chilies, spring onion, soy sauce, and lemon and mix well. Cook for 5 mins in medium heat.
- Put the egg on to for 2 mins and garnish with mayonnaise.
