Beef Sisig

Beef Sisig is a Filipino dish made from finely chopped beef, typically including parts like the cheek or ears, sautéed with onions, chili, and seasoned with soy sauce, vinegar, and calamansi, served sizzling with a crispy texture.

Procedure:

  1. Defat minced beef for 30 mins.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic.
  3. Put the defatted minced beef.
  4. Add chilies, spring onion, soy sauce, and lemon and mix well. Cook for 5 mins in medium heat.
  5. Put the egg on to for 2 mins and garnish with mayonnaise.
