Cheesy Ensaymada is a soft, fluffy Filipino brioche topped with butter, sugar, and generous shreds of cheese, perfect for a sweet and savory treat.

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in the clean bowl then mix.
  2. Mix all the dry ingredients to bowl then mix, pour the wet ingredients and mix it all. When you reach the right consistency of dough, knead until elastic.
  3. Set aside the dough and wait for about 1 hour or until the dough double in size.

Butter cream

  1. Mix the butter and sugar, you can use electric mixer to mix the butter and sugar properly.

Egg wash

  1. Mix all the ingredients
    When the dough is ready punch in the middle to remove the gas then knead
  2. Cut the dough into pieces then roll
    Make a circle shape then put to the skillet and baked ,then brush the top of bread with egg wash mixture
  3. Set the temperature in 150 for about 25 mins.
    After 25 mins.
  4. of cooking set aside the bread and let it cool
    Put the butter cream and put the cheese on top
