Ingredients:
- 4 cups of Flour
- 3/4 cup of Fresh Milk
- 2 ts. of yeast
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 Egg
- 1/4 Butter
Egg wash:
- 1 Egg Yolk
- 2 tbsp. Evaporated Milk
- 1tsp. Sugar
- Butter Cream
- 1/2 cup Butter
Topping:
- Cheese
Procedure:
- Mix all the dry ingredients in the clean bowl then mix.
- Mix all the dry ingredients to bowl then mix, pour the wet ingredients and mix it all. When you reach the right consistency of dough, knead until elastic.
- Set aside the dough and wait for about 1 hour or until the dough double in size.
Butter cream
- Mix the butter and sugar, you can use electric mixer to mix the butter and sugar properly.
Egg wash
- Mix all the ingredients
When the dough is ready punch in the middle to remove the gas then knead - Cut the dough into pieces then roll
Make a circle shape then put to the skillet and baked ,then brush the top of bread with egg wash mixture - Set the temperature in 150 for about 25 mins.
After 25 mins. - of cooking set aside the bread and let it cool
Put the butter cream and put the cheese on top
