A rich and hearty stew with tender beef, paprika, and a blend of spices, slow-cooked to perfection for deep, comforting flavors in every bite.

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Defat the beef.
  2. Pre-heat the pan. Sauté the garlic and onion. Add the defatted beef.
  3. Sprinkle with paprika and add the beef stock. Add water, tomatoes, tomato puree and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
  4. Then it’s ready to serve!
