Ingredients:
- Soup Base Seafood Hotpot
- Tofu
- Thinly Sliced Beef
- Crab Meat
- Fish Ball
- Squid Ball
- Napa Cabbage
- Boiled Udon Noodles
- Spring Onion
- Carrot
- Enoki Mushroom
- Shimeji Mushroom
- 1 Liters Water
Sauce:
- Spring Onion
- Soysauce (Kikkoman)
- Chili Flakes
Procedure:
- Boil water. Then put soup base seafood hotpot.
- Put beef, fish balls, squid balls, tofu, boiled udon, noodles, crab meat, napa cabbage, carrots, enoki mushroom, shimeji mushroom, and spring onions.
- Cook until the meat becomes tender.
- Mix soysauce, chili flakess and spring onion in a bowl.
