Ingredients:
- 1kg. Chicken
- 6 Tomato Diced
- 1 White Onion Chopped
- Garlic Chopped
- 2 Potatoes Diced
- 3/4 Cup Soy Sauce Raisin
- Black Pepper
Procedure:
- Sauté the onion, garlic and tomato.
- Add the chicken and stir.
- Add the potatoes, raisin, black pepper and soy sauce.
- Simmer until the chicken becomes tender.
- Cook for about 25 min. in medium heat.
