Ingredients:
- 1 Can Condensed Milk
- Powdered Milk
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 2 Cups Water
- Glutinous Rice Flour
- Butter
- Shredded Coconut
- Food Coloring
Procedure:
- In a bowl, mix the powdered milk and condensed milk then stir.
- Pour the mixture in the cookware, stir and add butter.
- Continue stirring and cook for about 2 to 4 mins until slightly thickened.
- Set aside and let it cool
Dough
- Dissolve the sugar to the water.
- Then add the glutinous rice flour. Slightly add water and mix
- Cut the dough into pieces. Slightly flatten the dough and put the 1 tbsp. of filling inside and make sure you sealed it properly.
- Put the butchillas to the boiling water and cooked for about 5 mins in medium heat.
- After cooking, roll the butchillas to the shredded coconut and serve.
