Pigar-pigar is a popular street food from Dagupan, Pangasinan, made with thinly sliced beef or carabao meat stir-fried with cabbage and onions, offering a savory and smoky flavor.

  1. Marinate in 5 mins the beef with soy sauce and black pepper.
  2. Fry marinated beef, then set aside.
  3. Sauté onion, add cabbage and cook for 1 min., then add fried beef then mix and serve.
