Ingredients:
- 2 cups Shredded Buko
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
- 1/4 cup coconut juice
- 1/4 cup milk powder
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- Lumpia wrapper
- Ube powder
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
Procedure:
For the Cheesy Buko roll filling:
- In a cookware put all the ingredients and mix, Stir to combine all together.
- Set the temperature in low to medium heat. Continuous stirring until the mixture become thicken.
- After cooking set aside and let it cool.
For the Ube filling:
- Just put all the ingredients and mix. cook until become thicken and set aside
- Prepare 2 flavors of mixture when ready.
- Place the lumpia wrapper, scoop 1 to 2 tsp of flavor filling and put to the lumpia wrapper.
- Roll the lumpia wrapper and make sure both edges are closed.
- Put to the Electric Skillet and set the temperature in medium heat for about 20mins (10 mins both sides)
