Ingredients:
- 1 kg. Beef Lungs with Beef Heart (minced)
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Radish
- 5 Cloves Garlic
- 1 Onion
- Ginger
- Red and Green Bell Pepper
- 5 Red Chili's
- 4 Bay Leaves
- 1 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/4 Cup Soy sauce
- 1/4 Cup Oyster Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Annato Powder
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
Procedure:
- Defat minced beef lungs and heart for 30 mins.
- In a pan, Sauté onion and garlic.
- Put the defatted beef lungs and heart.
- Add ginger, red chili, red and green bell pepper, carrots, radish, black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, vinegar, sauce, sugar, and annato powder.
- Cook for 10 mins in medium heat..
