Ingredients:
- 1 kilo Chicken Tawok 1 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Cup Coconut Powder
- 1 Cup Dried Shrimp
- 1 Medium Onion
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 4 pcs. Green Chili
- 1 tbsp. Bouillon Powder
- 1 tbsp. Salt and Pepper
- 3 pcs Red chili
Procedure:
- Saute onion and garlic.
- Add thin sliced chicken strip. Put salt and pepper, and bouillon powder.
- Add coconut milk, let it simmer for 15 mins., medium heat.
- Add coconut powder and green chili. Cook for 5 minutes in low heat. 5. Garnish with red chili
