Ingredients:
- 1 Whole Chicken
- 2 tsp. Lemon or Calamansi Juice
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- Garlic
- 4 tbsp.Soy Sauce
- 11/2 Cup Pineapple Juice
- 5 tbsp. Sugar
- Chicken Bouillon
- Black Pepper
- Sliced Pineapple
Procedure:
- In a bowl, put the chicken, addsalt, chicken bouillon, black pepper and the lemon juice. Mix and marinate in 10mins.
- After 10mins, put the chicken together with the ingredients in a pan.
- Start cooking. Set the temperature into medium fire in just 25 minutes.
- Put the slice pineapple, wait until the sauce become little thicken, then it’s ready to
serve.
