Ingredients:
- 1/2 kilo Fish
- Dried Wood
- 1 tbsp. Salt and Pepper
Procedure:
- Wash the fish.
- Put the salt and pepper on the fish.
- Steam for 5 mins. Then set aside.
- Put dried wood under the salamadmaster rack.
- Put the steamed fish on the top of saladmaster.
- Cook in medium heat for 30 mins
