Ingredients:
- 1 Kilo beef
- Garlic
- Onion
- Red bell pepper
- Potato Carrots
- Peanut butter
- Black pepper Bouillon
- Oyster sauce
- 1 Cup tomato sauce
- 2 Tsp. tomato paste
- Sweet pickles
- 1 cup green peas
Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Light Soysauce
- 1 tbsp. Dark Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Shaoxing Cooking Wine
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Water
Procedure:
- Defat the beef
- Sauté the garlic and onion
- Add the defatted beef
- Put all the ingredients then set the temperature in medium heat for about 25 minutes
