Ingredients:
- Thin sliced beef
- Broccoli
- Bell pepper
- Black pepper Oyster
- White onion
Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Light Soysauce
- 1 tbsp. Dark Vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Shaoxing Cooking Wine
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1/4 cup Water
Procedure:
- Defat the beef
- Sauté onion and garlic
- Add the beef and all the seasoning, then stir.
- Put the vegetables on top of our beef the cover and set the temperature in 180 for about 5 to 10mins
