Bicho-Bicho is a Filipino fried pastry similar to doughnuts, coated in sugar, and often enjoyed as a sweet snack or dessert.

  1.  Mix 2 cups of glutinous rice flour and 1 cup of water, mix together to create a
    mixture.
  2. Pre-heat, and once it’s ready reduce the temperature to 180 degrees.
  3. Then put the molded glutinous rice flour and bake
