Ingredients:
- 4 Cups Glutinous Rice 2 Cups Coconut Milk Pandan Leaf
- 3/4 Cups Ube
- Condensed Milk
for the Toppig:
- 1 Cup Muscuvado sugar
- 2 Cans Coconut Cream
- Condensed Milk
Procedure:
- Wash the glutinous rice 2 to 3 times and rinse.
- In a cookware, add the glutinous rice, pandan leaf and coconut milk.
- Cook the rice in a low heat. Once it starts boiling, mix it and cover again.cooked for another 10mins or until the glutinous rice is fully cooked.
- When the rice are cooked already, add the ube condensed milk and mix with the rice
Procedure:
- In a cookware put 2 cans of coconut cream and the muscuvado sugar and stir, cook until it becomes thicken.
- When the mixture is ready, add it with the cooked rice and spread evenly.
- Cook the Biko in medium heat for about 20mins.
