Ingredients:
- Beef Sirloin
- Garlic
- Bouillon
- Water
- Ground Black Pepper Garlic Powder DMASTER Cornstarch
- Cream of Mushroom
Procedure:
- Defat the beef using the 3 Qt. Sauce Pan and the Steamer Inset for 15-20 minutes remove the excess fats and oil from the beef.
- In a separate pan, create a toasted garlic. Wait for it until it turns brown and crispy.
- Pre-heat your pan or electric skillet to 230 degrees. Once the pan is ready, sauté the garlic, add the defatted beef, stir fry the beef until it turns brown.
- Dissolve the cream of mushroom with water, then pour in the mixture. Season with oyster sauce, ground black pepper and garlic powder, then add cornstarch. Let it simmer for about 7-10 minutes. Garnish it the toasted garlic on top and rice on the side.
