Garlic Pepper Beefsteak

Garlic Pepper Beefsteak is a savory dish featuring tender beef slices stir-fried with garlic, cracked black pepper, and a rich soy-based sauce.

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Defat the beef using the 3 Qt. Sauce Pan and the Steamer Inset for 15-20 minutes remove the excess fats and oil from the beef.
  2. In a separate pan, create a toasted garlic. Wait for it until it turns brown and crispy.
  3.  Pre-heat your pan or electric skillet to 230 degrees. Once the pan is ready, sauté the garlic, add the defatted beef, stir fry the beef until it turns brown.
  4.  Dissolve the cream of mushroom with water, then pour in the mixture. Season with oyster sauce, ground black pepper and garlic powder, then add cornstarch. Let it simmer for about 7-10 minutes. Garnish it the toasted garlic on top and rice on the side.
