A creamy South Indian dessert made with milk, rice or vermicelli, sweetened with jaggery, and garnished with cashews and raisins.

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Preheated the pan and set in medium heat
  2. Saute Almond, cashew, raisins & pistachio then wait until the color turn into slight brown.
  3. Add Fried semiya
  4. Add milk, wait for vapo valve to click, then set fire at low temp.
  5. Add Sugar & Cardamom PowderAfter
  6. Mixing, Cover then wait the vapo valve to click, then set low fire 2 mins left, open and stir.
  7. Set aside. Let it cool.
