A fragrant Indian rice dish cooked with basmati rice, green peas, and aromatic spices for a light and flavorful meal.

Ingredients:

Procedure:

  1. Preheated the pan
  2. Mix 1 tbsp Fennel, 6 pcs Cloves, 2 Cinnamon, 1 Bay Leaf, 5 pcs. Cardamom
  3. Add 25 grams cashews
  4. Add Green Chilli
  5. Add sliced onions
  6. Add 1 Bowl Minchan coriander
  7. Add Garlic and 2 tbsp ginger,
  8. Add 1 Cup of Green peas
  9. Add 3 cups of jeerashala rice and Cover then Set temperature to 230 Degrees for 10-15 mins.
