Ingredients:
- 300 gms/1 bowl Birpen paas
- 1 tbp Fennel seeds
- 4 cups Jeereshela Rice
- 6 pcs. Cloves
- 8 cups Water
- 2 Bay leafs
- 3 wholes Onion
- 2 tbsp Bullion
- 50 grams Cashew
- 2 Cinnamon
- 5 pcs Cardamom
- 5 pcs Green chili (cut in half)
- Ginger garlic paste (2 thsp each)
- Minchan Coriander (1 handfull / bowl)
Procedure:
- Preheated the pan
- Mix 1 tbsp Fennel, 6 pcs Cloves, 2 Cinnamon, 1 Bay Leaf, 5 pcs. Cardamom
- Add 25 grams cashews
- Add Green Chilli
- Add sliced onions
- Add 1 Bowl Minchan coriander
- Add Garlic and 2 tbsp ginger,
- Add 1 Cup of Green peas
- Add 3 cups of jeerashala rice and Cover then Set temperature to 230 Degrees for 10-15 mins.
