Ingredients:
- 1/2 tbsp each mustard & cumin
- 700 ml Water
- 2 cups (soaked) Thor dal
- 1/2 thsp Turmeric
- 3 pinches Asaefodita
- 2 Onions
- 2 Tomato
- 6 Green chillies
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sambar powder
- Curry leaves - 1 string
- Coriander leaves - hand full/bowl
- Tamarind Paste ( 1 strand soaked in 3 tbsp water)
- 2 Tbsp Bullion
Procedure:
- Preheated the cookware
- Add Cumin & mustard
- Add Tomato and OnionAd
- d Green chilis cut into 2
- Add Garlic
- Add Thor dal (soaked)Add
- Asaefotida
- Add water or 500 ml
- Set temperature to 180 in 20 mins once the vapo valve clicks, adjust to 100 temperatureAd
- d 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Add Sambar powder and Bullion
- Add Tamarind (soaked in water)
