Egg Pie

Egg Pie is a Filipino dessert with a rich, custard filling made of eggs, milk, and sugar, baked in a flaky pie crust.

Procedure:

For the Crust:
  1. Mix the ingredients one by one for the crust. Knead and mix lightly to form a dough.
  2. After kneading cover with a plastic wrap, then chill for about 30 minutes to 1 hour
  3. Roll thinly to fit in the electric skillet.
  4. Place the dough in the
    electric skillet.

Procedure:

For the Filling:
  1. Mix all the wet ingredients, mix it well until the sugar is dissolved. 
  2. Beat 1 egg white to soft peaks.
  3. Whisk into egg and milk mixture. 4.
  4. Pour the milk mixture in the crust then cover the skillet.
  5. Set the temperature in 150 for about 45 minutes.
