Kung Pao Chicken

A classic Chinese stir-fried dish featuring tender chicken, peanuts, and chili peppers tossed in a savory, spicy sauce.

Procedure:

Preparing the Kung Pao Sauce:
  1. In a bowl, combine chicken with salt, white pepper, corn starch, dark soy sauce and mix well. Marinate in 2 minutes.
  2. For the kung pao sauce, combine light soy sauce, dark vinegar, cooking wine, sugar, cornstarch, water and roasted peanuts and mix well.
  3. Sauté garlic, ginger, dried chili, add the marinated chicken and sauté for 2 minutes, add the kung pao sauce and mix it well.
  4. Garnish with roasted peanuts and spring onion.
