Procedure:

  1. Melt brown sugar, set aside and let it cool.
  2. Combine evaporated milk, condensed milk, and egg yolk, mix it well.
  3. Pour the mixture in the cookware, add some water in the skillet. Place the cookware with the mixture inside the electric skillet.
  4. Cover and cook in 135 degrees for 30 minutes.
